With a heart held in your hands is the best time to decide to be a man. You think you can cope with it's weight, but you jerk from your back and your legs are straight. But don't worry in time you'll grow strong, learning from all you've done wrong. Don't worry in time you'll grow to know you never should've tried to handle it's weight at all.
My girl is a fallen angel; for real (she's just no good on her heels)
For ever saying that you can't? Well I guess that makes you a can't. Hiding behind layers of your own front will keep you two letters away from being an aunt. And if that old girl won't dance, adapt and over come.
So if this is the party, then we are it's fools. Glorified harlequins, and as little use. Would we be mourned in death, should we die? Would we be scorned in life, should we fly?
My girl's a fallen angel; for real (she's just no good in her heels)

Don't be too fast, to walk into the light. Think how much you'll bleed! Give us what you want, for what you need.
It's said, desperate times call for desperate measures. Like the leaving behind of these guilty pleasures. I think that kind of talk is dangerous, it makes me fear becoming one with dust.
Upside down; the only way to wear a frown. So i guess that the saddest guys around here are clowns. Carpe Diem; it's a good line of thought because a smile is the one curve we all can flaunt.
Give up what you want, for what you need.

Spotting bored revelers across a stale dancefloor, with a questioning glance i asked them what they were looking for. "We are all addicts of great big fat beats, and we find it hard to resist them. But this dancefloor just cannot compete; we're faced with insufficient rhythms."
So DJ pull your finger out and leave us in no doubt! Festering never solved anything.
Procrastination won't get them dancing, so get off your arse and spin them wheels. And if at first you don't succeed, don't you break down make them get down!
Rugs don't cut themselves, speakers don't just blow. This roof won't raise itself, these sticks were made to glow. Shapes don't cut themselves, speakers don't just blow. This roof won't raise itself, these sticks were made to glow.

If we're two cars then i'm tail-gating. You look in your rear view to find that our fates have become intertwined. Accelerate and i'll match. Break suddenly and we'll crash.
There is no escaping me now. That is something that I won't allow.
Despite your reservations, and your calculating looks, when it comes to this chase you'll never be off my hook. So if these here tables were turned, the chase wouldn't last. Because honestly baby i can't run that fast.
This chase cannot last, i can't run that fast.

I hope and I pray, i can create an interest in you. So when this venue dies, and we're blinded by flourescent lights that you might want to extend your night with me.
Maybe we're designed to be doomed, just like the crew of the Kobayashi Maru. With our eyes tight shut, we'll never see the dawn. I would miss it all, just for a few moments more.
You're not of this world, not like all of these easy girls. My jai nai sai quoi is a little under par, and i'm too wrapped up in acting nonchalant to ever ask you to dance.
